Makan Makan

People in singapore loves to eat.
They will say the word ---> makan as it could describe food or lets eat at the same time.
Something like itadamasu in japanese, gutten appetit for german, or bon appetit for french.

I had a nice makan earlier this evening.
It was a dinner with my lovely husband.
He has been craving for crab lately but melben seafood is too usual for us, as well as palm beach seafood.
We always love something new and there we go, this restaurant is called golden spoon seafood at tiong bahru, seng poh lane.
The ambience is very ordinary but they have great food with fantastic service.
I remember the waitress who recommended us their golden spoon crab noodle which turns out to be amazing as well as our tofu with minced meat, mushroom and brocolli.

The only drawback was the price that is slightly more expensive considering the location and the atmosphere thats pretty similar with melben seafood.
But overall experience is satisfying.
We might go back again one day.



And dessert was served at home by miss heny :-)
We had a sweet juicy korean pear for dessert.
What a lovely evening!

Wish list 2012

Time flies...
I was reading through my inconsistent blogs when the word 'wish list' came across the sentences.
I recall I did a wish list too; I scrolled down and I finally found my wish list.

It was written in 2010.
I can't believe how time flies...
Anyway...I am amazed to see I was blessed in extraordinary way=D

1. CHANEL CAVIAR LEATHER SILVER LINING 2.55 or MAXI. ( I have a black maxi and 7 other chanel bags) ^^

2. CREME DE LA MER 250 ml. (for all these years...more than 250 ml)

3. VACATION TO BALI. ( I can't believe myself to have been travelled around the world but I have not been to Bali. Finally I went to BALI for my 5 days short break right after wedding)

4. TIFANNY SOLITAIRE. (I don't even need tiffany when I could see a sparking diamond from a local well known brand)

5. SHORT GETAWAY TO CAMBODIA OR VIETNAM. (O yea...It was always planned out but never work out)

6. A FULL RANGE OF BOBBI BROWN MAKE UP BRUSHES ( I got it as a birthday gift from lovely kristy on my birthday 2011)

7. SGD 2000 TO spend in  MAKE UP FOREVER PROF. (heny=always lack of time >.< )

8. DSLR CAMERA (I dont need a bulky one when I got my semi d)

9. A NEW BLACKBERRY ONYX (I am using the latest bb right now)

10. COULD I ASK FOR A ROLEX??? (Why do I need a rolex when I got some other nice watches)

God is GOOD!!!!

And for this year of 2012 I am not going to write down any form of wish list or anything like that; because my life is perfect right now.

I got a fully renovated apartment in singapore; I got married with an awesome man, my partner in crime.
He made a big wardrobe full of junks, designer shoes, bags, clothes,etc for me.
My kitchen is also perfectly filled with close to everything.
I really want nothing else, but happiness and good health.

I pray that God will continue to bless me in an extraordinary way, and angels of protection be sent to protect and spread their wings to cover me and all my family members and friends.

Thank You Jesus!!!
I can't Thank You enough for all the blessings poured onto my life.
Please continue to use me as a salt of the world and to bring peace and joy to my society.

Hi there...
I am back in the big apple again.
I was just here last week on my vacation and now I am back for 3 days of work.
Well...Its a dangerous city as you know; city never sleep thats what people say.
Its wednesday in singapore 5.40am in the morning at the moment.
And its tuesday here in new york city at 4.40pm.

When the mood kicks in, you'll be a different person.
I mean you could do something unusual at times, could be funny, annoying or fun.
Well...Its been a long time I was out of the business of cam slaves...aka cam whoring.
As I walked past 5th avenue; again I could have avoided a very big mistake; but fate brought me to one of my fav store.
Guess what... BCBG maxazria...
OOOhhhhh.....I was in there for nearly an hour and you know what...
I bought several pretty stuffs today.
I am gonna show you what I mean...

It started with a belt and another belt and another shirt and another shirt and another dress!!!
alright...this is my no.1 purchases for today.
Black stone belt that I have been wanted to buy and its now on sale for 20%.
I am gonna wear this with my nicest pluffy bcbg vest at home in singapore.
Yeayyy.....can't wait!!!



Here goes the second one, this one doesn't look like a belt but I have been eyeing on it for few weeks now.
It goes on sale for 20% too.
I am so glad I bought it.
This one definitely will give a kick on my shirts.





I wasn't really keen when the sales assistant showed me this top.
But in order to respect him due to all his assistance showing me this and that; I gave it a try on this one right below.
Little did I know I fall in love with it.
Its so comfortable and looks chic on me.
Lets hit it now!

It's not new; but I brought it with me just in case I need to wear heels in any occasions when I am out of singapore.

Normal price was USD 168; but its on 70% sale today.
I am sooo very happy!!!


Now is the time to reveal my best and the best yellow color dress.
It's so adorable, pretty , sleek and elegant.
I can't ask for more.

A New Year; A New Me???

Welcome 2012

Its been a great pleasure having you, 2011.
A lot of great memories remain in my mind and great experiences experienced.
New places visited, More junks bought and kept in closet.
But I have to say GOODBYE to you.
I am still loving you but its time to move on; I am a big girl now. ^^

HEY 2012...
I wish to visit many more new places...
Learning more lessons...
Experience greater things...
Forgiving more mistakes and hurting words or actions...
Making more money...
Loving more people...
and eventually BECOMING A BETTER PERSON...

There is nothing I could forget about the MOST IMPORTANT day of my life.
The September 11th, 2011.
My wedding day where all my dreams collide and two becomes one.
Thats the highlight of the year and yes...Its still gonna be the most memorable moment ever experienced.
I thought I am forever a small girl; but that day woke me up when I walked in a long white dress gracefully.
I AM OFFICIALLY A WIFE.

Thanks for the sweet surname; I finally found where I belong.
After all this 26 years of suffering without a surname; I finally earned one.
Miss Yuanda... Sounds not that bad at all.

Well...Its good to be back in blog.
I am sorry for abandoning you; I promise I will never ever let you down ever again.
I will be consistent; I will change.

What is wrong with the world???
I just reached the land of frankfurter this morning; and I was amazed to know that summer is no longer here at this very time.
For my goodness sake, it's the 12th August 2011 and supposedly a bright sunny sun is present in frankfurt.
Seems like they have been long gone as rain comes by and filled the city.

I am sad coz I didn't expect that and there's no sweater for me this trip.
Only sleeveless and t-shirt and a sun-dress. Hohoho.....
I got up in the afternoon; made my way to Goethestrasse; stopped by my fav H shop and dropped by my double C boutique to get a nice clutch for my mom.

I've done my little shopping and I met my new friend, Jaime in front of the LV store.
Wow Wow Wow...What an exciting day!!!
I've been looking forward to meet her in frankfurt til we finally met.
I enjoyed her company very much; we talked non stop and decided to hang out in starbucks to talk more.
She's super hilarious; definitely a friend who could brighten up your day!!!

We finally met another filipino girl, named Catharina.
And again the chatting session in progress.
Time flies; we spent about 2 hours already before Miri came and greeted us.
We finally met Sylvi, Chichi, Zara and of course Lars.
We had dinner at Suvadee Thai Restaurant just right opposite Goethestrasse.
Yummiliciousss.... nyum nyum!!!!!




Girl power rocks!!!
I thank God for a new friend! It gives me energy and new spirit to learn people and to not give up in trusting people.









It's always FOOD FOOD and FOOD!!!
I love FOOD and it makes me happy!
Nothing more meaningful and memorable without the presence of fantastic food! =D

Money Defines Happiness???

I have been hearing PRICE TAG by Jessie J and Maddi Jane very frequently.
Its not about the Money Money Money.
I guess It is not right, is it???

A friend of mine said Money doesn't determine his happiness but NO money equals to NO happy.
I am not trying to be holy and said that money is completely not important; but there's something else.
I guess when you change your mindset; every other things surround you will change too.

When you think Love, peace, sincerity, joy and sweet lil surprises make life more colorful then money; perhaps you would say money is second to it.

When a dad thinks his family is no.1; he would work the hardest and yet trying to be there to attend his children's activities or just be there listening to his wife's long life story.
Unlike a dad who thinks money can buy over his children's love and his wife's attention; he'd work the hardest and tried to make up all the absent from family activities by buying them gifts; it gets tiring after all coz people don't care how much you know; until they know how much you care.
Children don't care how much money the father has for them; but they feel loved when they know how much time the father could give them.

My mom told me to place health and happiness beyond wealth.
I do agree with that; but again there are some contradictions with people surround me who thinks money is everything.
I am getting tired of this and they think I am paranoid.
But I think they are insane.

My point here is that I believe there's God who will bless you; you could achieve and work the hardest to earn wealth that you think is enough for you; you work hard; you play hard. You look for opportunities in life; looking for self-actualization and achievements but don't let these things conquer your heart for your family; your loved ones and your interests in life.
There's ought to be a balance in everything you do.

And eventually money is important but not everything!
