Whenever I am away; Michael Buble song keep ringing into my mind.
Its coming towards end of winter now in frankfurt; another summer day is coming in no time...
In Paris, Rome and every other places...
I Really I wanna go home. I miss someone dear to my heart.
I miss a small crampy and fully stuffed house in singapore...Well a.k.a pigeon hole:)
Its again another 8 days journey; Its frankfurt today; tomorrow will be in New York.
I know I am lucky but sometimes I ain't feel overwhelmed with joy.
The wind blows so hard outside; I could feel a harsh slapping to my glass window.
It makes me feel lonelier...
I just had a great time dining in a fine restaurant with a bunch of great friends.
Great fun, laughs, jokes and fantastic food.
But deep inside I know it's not enough...
I am yearning from peace that comes from heaven above and assurance of God that everything is gonna be alright.
Yeah I live a tough life but my God is tougher to overcome all the loneliness and emptiness.
I need to pray and I need to feel His presence in me.
I am waiting for the wonderful plans in my life.
Those dreams of live high and those desires that are not fulfilled yet...
I am pretty certain everything will come right in place when my God says so...
I heard some voices are shouting I am not good enough; I am not Alexander the Great; thus I am limited.
But the assurance of faith and peace overcomes it all...
Thanks be to God for the great parents that never fail to show me their unconditional love.
For the great teacher and friends that teaches me how to love and live a selfish life.
And thanks to the job leaves my eyes wide open to see the world and its beauty...
I am ready for every new tasks, every new challenges and every new problems that would shake my faith.
But God saves the day!!!
And I am saved by His grace!!!
I wanna live high, live mighty, live righteously and that my life would become a testimony of How great the Father love is.
And when I have abundant; I would be the blessings for the poor and the courage for the weak.
I am a child of God and will always be...
I love me and I will love others as much as how I love me!!!
Thanks God!

MY 14th FebruaRy 2010
HEY!
Here I go again..
Second day in Milano; started it with a big hearty breakfast at Doubletree Hotel Restaurant.
I had pineapple yoghurt, scramble eggs, turkey sausages, bacon, muffin, bread rolls and omelette with ham and cheese.
Am sure you can't imagine how big my stomach is; in order to contain those food.
But again...I did it well... I had cappuccino and complete my meal with grapefruit juice.
I took a slow walk to the tram stop just outside the hotel.
I made my way to DUOMO with 2 nice colleagues.
The temperature was about 8 degree celc; comfortable weather for me.
Cloudy and gloomy but in the absence of wind presence :)
Being the first time to Milan, I was very excited to see how DUOMO looks like and not to forget to browse through my shopping agenda.
DUOMO was magnificent!!!!
4 thumbs up and still counting...
Here is a lil info about DUOMO....
Milan's Duomo is the second largest Catholic cathedral in the world: only Seville Cathedral is larger (and St. Peter's Basilica doesn't count because it's not a cathedral).
Milan Cathedral is 157 meters long and 40,000 people can fit comfortably within.
The Duomo of Milan blurs the distinction between Gothic and neo-Gothic, for the Gothic west front was begun in 1616 and completed 200 years later. Only in its details does it reveal its Baroque and Neo-Classical date. From 1900 some of the less Gothic details of the facade were replaced in a true Gothic style, to designs of Giuseppe Brentano.
The roofline dissolves into openwork pinnacles that are punctuated by a grove of spires, topped with statues that overlook the city. The main spire is 109 meters high. These can all be investigated up close on a breathtaking walk on the roof.
The huge building is made of brick faced with marble from the quarries that Gian Galeazzo Visconti donated in perpetuity to the cathedral chapter.
I was a amazed at how great God is.
Thanks for the wisdom and knowledge for humankind to be able to build such a magical building!
"What a wonder it is! So grand, so solemn, so vast! And yet so delicate, so airy, so graceful!" --Mark Twain
It's valentine's day today so BACI (perugina) has got some photo booth or couple; it looks like some photo contest to me tho' seeing the facts that people are lining up and waiting for their turn to take picture.
Let me show you what i've got today!
That's all about today; its 4pm local time; am gonna rest well and sleep well coz I have to work tomorrow!!!

Reunion Dinner
I am in milano right now!
Feeling sad and blue coz my folks are having reunion dinner at home with family; whilst i am here with strangers that I barely know for a day.
Thanks God for his protection and guardian angel that I arrived safely and what a bunch of great people I am working with.
So here was I; unpacked; washed up; got connected to the internet for an hour before I slept.
I got up at nearly 3pm (milan GMT+1) and went down to the lobby to meet colleagues at 6pm.
We went to this italian restaurant nearby and had a great great time.
Jokes, laughter and happiness color the atmosphere at the restaurant.
It was 15 of us altogether and the 4 of us shared fruiti di mare, lobster linguini, rocket salad salami pizza and tiramisu.
I had lemon soda for the drink; I regretted that I didn't snap a picture of it.
Well... It feels like family; even when you are at your utmost loneliness sharing a great fun over the meal together.
Thank God my reunion dinner was done pretty well and I had a great time!!
Mommy must have cooked plenty of nice food at home; imagining my siblings having the meal and great conversation made me blue.
Trust me, I would definitely go back home for chinese new year in 2011.
Mom and Daddy...I really miss you guys alot!!!!
Well...GONG XI FAT CHOI GUYS!!!!
and yea...sad to say this...but HAPPY VALENTINE'S!!!
Have a great celebration with loved ones!!!!

WILKOMMEN 2010
Hi there...
Its been ages since the last time I blogged in here.
Time flies and Its 2010 now.
2009 has been a great year; full of love, tears, laughter, adventures and challenges.
Flash back I could remember how I celebrated new year 2009; I went to london with yanna in january; bought my very first chanel 2.55.

The memorable Valentine's day where i cooked my 'most delicious' spaghetti; completed with moet&chandon champagne and had it with sandy.
I could also remember I went back to medan(my boyfriend's hometown) on the third day of CNY and had fun there.

Oh yea...I remember we took star cruise to the high sea; in total 12 people were there including me and darling.

Then...I celebrated my birthday together with sandy's on the 21st of march 2009.

We had sooo much fun back then.
Everyone dressed in retro; gimme a glimpse of 70's in 2009.
I could also remember I went to frankfurt with yanna (again...) in march; went to hiedelburg and bought soo many long champ bags in town.

I went to tokyo and los angeles in april and there I had trauma of doing the same flight.
Thanks to Jady, Melvin, Daphne and Jie,,,We had soo much fun taking pics inside the bathtub..haha:)

Kristy,Wilfred and Chintia came to Singapore to visit me in june.

I went to Paris in July with Sha and Chris and We managed to find Coastes; the hottest bar in town=D

I went to PERTH for five days in August.

I really had a great time with my bro, Raymond, Tim and EJ.
MAn...They are nice people...I really wish I could go there again one day!!!
Whats up in september???
Humphh...I remember now! I was in Seoul; with lovely won Jang..

We really had a great time..man...I am so in love with Seoul.
I went to HONGKONG and MACAU in ocTober.
With daddy, uncle kun an and my besties, annie.

We spent 4 days; well...its 3 and a half days to be exact; that includes visiting macau, disneyland, ladies market, causeway bay, central, watched symphony of light and shopping around in nathan road.
We are really good to have been to so many places within 3 and a half days.
And of course I went to Egypt for the 2nd time in October too in which I've shared in my previous blog.
Talking about November, all I could remember was my Japan trip with my love, danny, danny's mom and auntie siu lie.
I was grateful for God to have bless me with good people in my life.

I have enjoyed the tokyo trip so much and I hope there are many more outings together in time to come.
Well I can't remember clearly where was I in december; all I can remember was the time when I had the best spare ribs in amsterdam on Xmas eve.
I had the nicest pancake on 24th afternoon and Xmas is gloomy; I had Indonesian food with andy.

WOW....I am amazed at myself that I can recall all these memories.
Time flies and it never come back.
Sad to say I am turning 25 this year.
I hope the year 2010 is gonna be the best year yet!!!
I am sure God will bless me with good people, more knowledge, wisdom and understanding towards Him, my family, myself, Friends and Life.
I am welcoming 2010 with happy heart; full of love, peace and joy!!!
Lets see whats in store for 2010....

If you have like 2 or 3 days stay in bangkok; these are the things I recommend you could do...
If u'd like to stay in a nice hotel you should look for PRATUNAM PRINCESS HOTEL; but if u want to splurge a lil bit more on dining and shopping; you prefer to stay for a reasonable, clean yet convenient hotel; please consider ASIA HOTEL.
If your stay falls on the weekends; please don't miss the chance to go to cha tu cak market.
Its a weekend market selling all kind of stuffs; from street food, snacks, clothing, accessories, souvenirs and literally everything.... haha >.<
Its gonna be crowded, hot and stuffy; so please wear casual wear that allows you to moves freely.
its few minutes walking distance from 'MO CHIT STATION' if you use skytrain.
The published opening hours for the market are from 9.00am to 6.00pm on Saturday and Sunday, though many of the stalls actually open sometime between 9.00am and 10.00am and close around sunset.
Chatuchak is also open on Friday as a market for wholesalers, but there is no problem doing normal shopping on this day either (same opening times).
BARGAINING is expected; if not mandatory.
If you prefer to do last minute or any evening shopping; consider going to SUAN LUM NIGHT BAZAAR.
How to get there: Take the MRT subway to Lumpini station; the market is near Lumpini Park, a short walk from the station.
Items at market: Creative gifts, trendy home items, clothing/jewellery boutique shops by local designers, packaged dried fruits, a few stalls selling the usual market CD's/clothing.
